Paper producer Norske Skog invested $85m into producing lightweight-coated paper for the production of glossy magazine material. Early stages of this project involved decommissioning of the original Winder, conveyors, associated equipment and installing a new Winder, Pulpers and conveyor system to make way for the new machine.
The factory building was partially demolished and extended. Four new Transformers and a large switch room were installed while the factory continued production.
